Eco squad used a large plastic container, gravel, water from the water butt and oxygenating plants to make our new wildlife pond.A safety grill was then placed over the pond so hedgehogs cannot fall in and drown.Eco Squad are very excited to see if any frogs come to live in our pond!
We have asked parents and teachers to collect used recycled ink cartridges.Eco Squad collect the box of ink cartridges that is then sent to Recycle4charity.com to raise money for charities abroad.
We purchased a new hedgehog hibernation box after our old box had rotted away.Eco Squad filled the new box with leaves and placed the new box behind the compost bins in a secluded area.
